KaizIQ Tasks connects desktop dispatch boards with frontline operators through standard WhatsApp. Speech logs, WhatsApp requests, and email directives become one Kanban queue. Supervisors track status on a web portal; floor operatives receive, update, and complete tasks from WhatsApp chat controls, with no desk logins and no new app to install. KaizIQ is built by Apice Tech Private Limited, an RSBPL group company, and is offered to RSBPL clients alongside our HRIS and manufacturing systems.
