Cloud-Based Centralized Attendance Capturing

Attendance is recorded at classrooms, offices, factories, seminars, and other gatherings throughout a person's professional life. Each recording session wastes finite time — for both attendees and the person calling roll. Once calculated across locations and months, the cumulative cost is significant.

Machines based on RFID, fingerprint, and face recognition can capture attendance events automatically. However, the real value lies not in the machine but in the processing software that turns raw events into meaningful, real-time attendance reports.

Push Technology and Real-Time Reporting

Modern systems use Push Technology — as soon as a person marks attendance, the machine instantly sends the data to the processing software. Reports are generated live. Supervisors can verify attendance from their phone or laptop the moment a person clocks in.

Multi-location and Centralized Visibility

The software supports multiple machines at multiple locations simultaneously. Head offices can see cumulative attendance across all branches in real time, while each branch sees its own detailed data. This enables fast action on absenteeism, late openings, or missing shift cover before problems escalate.

CATS also supports Field Force Tracking — field staff clock in via mobile app with GPS tagging. Shifts, leave, overtime, and multi-division rosters are all managed within the same centralized system.
